Nevada in the West Publishing is ending publication of Nevada in the West magazine. Our last regular      issue is Fall & Winter 2016; it will be followed by one final special issue, carrying the date 2017, which will appear in March of next year.

Both of these editions, as well as our back issues, can be purchased in the “Current Issues” section of our “Products” page.

Our reasons for ending publication are financial. We regret having to take this action, but find that we have no reasonable alternative. 2017 will mark our eighth year of publication, and we hope that during the run of the magazine we have informed and entertained our readers, and that we have made at least a few significant contributions to the field of Nevada history.

Nevada in the West Publishing will continue to be active, producing books in the years ahead. Some of these will be collections containing the type of articles that have appeared in the magazine.

We hope you will read and enjoy our final issues – and look for our forthcoming books.
